Yukon Nominee Program (YNP), a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), provides foreign nationals with the opportunity to become permanent residents of Canada. Several immigration streams are available in the Yukon territory:

Yukon Skilled Worker
Foreign nationals with skilled work experience and a valid job offer from a Yukon employer may apply for a provincial nomination under the Yukon Skilled Worker stream. If a candidate receives a provincial nomination from this stream, he or she may apply directly to IRCC for Canadian permanent residence.
Yukon Express Entry
A candidate with an active Express Entry profile and a valid job offer from a Yukon employer may apply for a provincial nomination through the Yukon Express Entry stream. Successful applicants will receive expedited processing on their immigration applications as a result of this program, which is aligned with the federal Express Entry immigration system.
Yukon Critical Impact Worker
Applicants with semi-skilled work experience and a valid job offer from a Yukon employer may apply for a provincial nomination under the Critical Impact Worker stream. When a candidate receives a provincial nomination from this stream, he or she may apply directly to the Immigration and Refugee Council for Canadian permanent residence.
Yukon Business Nominee
An individual who has business or entrepreneurial experience, and is interested in owning and operating a business in the Yukon, may qualify for permanent residence under the Yukon Business Nominee stream. In addition to meeting other program requirements, applicants must have a minimum net worth of $500,000 CAD.
Yukon Community Pilot
A new stream within the Yukon Nominee Program is the Yukon Community Pilot (YCP). Yukon’s particular economic and labour market needs were addressed through this pilot program. A location-restricted open work permit will be issued to qualified candidates for a period of two years.
