Our clients do not have to worry about the forms. We will prepare them for them and make sure that they are filled properly and without errors.
No. Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR) clearly say that you can send your application only to the office that is responsible for your country of residence. If you are in a country that is not your native country, you can send the application to the office responsible for this country but only if you were admitted to this country for at least one year. In another words, if you came as a visitor to any country, you cannot submit your application in this country.
You cannot. Once you are in Canada as a visitor, you cannot change your status unless you become a spouse of Canadian citizen or permanent resident or claim a refugee status and your claim has been approved. Even if you find a job in Canada, you will have to apply for a work permit outside Canada. You could apply for work permit in USA if you already have a visitor visa to USA. If not, you will have to send your application to your home country or the office that is responsible for that country.
In theory, you can. Everybody has the right to ask for protection and have the opportunity to have his claim heard. But it is unlikely that your claim will be accepted and that you will become permanent resident based on such a claim. You should talk to a reputable Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) or lawyer and ask how your situation can be helped. Often, there are other ways to deal with the problem. Ideally, if you are considering making Canada your home, you will approach a professional immediately, before you start listening to “friends” and unscrupulous “consultants” that promise you anything in exchange for a hefty fee.
Nobody can answer your question. Each application is processed differently and each visa office has different standard processing times. Even if you applied on the same day as your friend, it does not mean that your applications will be processed simultaneously. The best way to ensure that there are no unnecessary delays is to prepare a solid application, properly filled out forms, and complete supporting documents that will conclusively prove your education and experience
I applied for permanent residence 3 years ago. I did not hear from the visa office since I received my file number. Now I am married and have 1 child. What should I do?
I have a job offer from Canadian company. I am well qualified for this job and I speak good English. I live in the USA for the past 5 years but I am already out of status there. Can I apply for the work permit in the USA?
You will need to send your friend an invitation letter. Each country has different requirements for such a letter but you can look at a sample invitation letter. It is strongly suggested that you have your signature notarized. You should also send your friend some documents showing that you can afford to support him while he is in Canada. Every application for visitor visa is assessed on its own merit and your friend will have to prove that he will return home after his visit. That would depend on your education and experience. Some occupations are in high demand in Canada and it may be possible for us to find you work. However, we are immigration firm and not recruiting agency and that’s why we work with several recruiting agencies that specialize in searching for companies that are willing to hire foreign workers. The cost of this service can be quite high. If you are interested in finding more, please email us your resume first
Adventure Immigration is a team of Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants who are the members of immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). Becoming a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) requires a year of specialized training and rigorous exams. And it doesn’t stop there.
RCICs are also required to undertake Continuing Professional Development that keeps them on top of any changes in the immigration system and helps them to deepen their expertise in specialized areas such as investor immigration, skilled workers, family sponsorships, and refugee hearings. Accountable,
Knowledgeable, Professional – choose us to guide you through the immigration maze.
We charge a fee for our services, but we will save you time and money in the long run.
Consider this:
– there are more than 60 immigration programs that lead to permanent residence – federal, provincial, and Quebec
– there are dozens of categories for temporary work permits with processes that change drastically based on your nationality, profession, employer, province of destination, etc.
You could waste days or weeks searching the internet and poring through blogs and self-help sites to find the strategy and category that will get you to Canada – or you could let our experience, knowledge, and expertise find the best fit for you.
We can’t guarantee that your application will be accepted. If anyone offers you such a guarantee, run away!
But we do guarantee that your application will be “perfected” – completed correctly and with all supporting documents attached. CIC requires that every application be perfected – or they simply send it back.
Online application kits come with a document checklist, but there are a lot of things that are not explained online. For example:
How do you get a police certificate for the time you worked in Saudi Arabia? What should you do if you don’t have a birth certificate? What if the company you used to work for went out of business and can’t provide you with the documents you need for your application? What should you do when you applied for a work permit online, but they didn’t let you upload your provincial nomination letter – and now they’ve refused your application because you didn’t submit one!
There are hundreds of examples like this where you would have no one to turn to for advice – unless you have us working on your behalf.
We employ strict Quality Control measures to ensure that your application is accurate and perfected.
Completing the application forms and collecting supporting documents are just part of the process. Our team includes a former Canadian visa officer who knows how applications are evaluated and can anticipate the questions that are likely to arise.
When we submit your application, we also prepare a custom cover document that clearly outlines how you qualify for a visa or permit and clears up any grey areas or possible problems – before they arise in the Visa Officer’s mind!
Visa officers and Canadian border officials are well trained and, for the most part, fair and impartial, but they do make mistakes. People are often intimidated by government officials and find it difficult to argue with one or anyone in authority – even when they know they’re right. We will stand up for you and ensure that the law is interpreted correctly and that your rights are protected.

We have access to government directories in Canada and overseas, and know who to contact on your behalf, and how to reach them.
